Dr. Karrian Hepburn Malcolm is an accomplished financial services executive with more than two decades of leadership experience spanning wealth management, investments, private banking, sales, client experience and business transformation across Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago.

She currently serves as Vice President, Wealth Distribution & Revenue Strategy at VM Wealth Management Limited, where she provides strategic leadership for the company’s wealth distribution and revenue growth agenda, with a focus on deepening client relationships, expanding market opportunities, strengthening distribution capabilities and delivering sustainable business growth. She joined VM Wealth in June 2026 following her tenure as Head of Wealth at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited.

Throughout her career, Dr. Hepburn Malcolm has held senior leadership roles across the Caribbean, including Managing Director of Guardian Media Limited; Vice President, Sales &
Service at the Unit Trust Corporation of Trinidad & Tobago; General Manager of Scotia Investments Trinidad & Tobago and Scotia Private Client Group; and Head of Private
Banking and other leadership roles within Scotia Group Jamaica.

Her career has been distinguished by a strong track record in strategy execution, revenue growth, sales leadership, client relationship management and organizational transformation. She is passionate about helping individuals build and preserve wealth while creating client-centric strategies that deliver sustainable value.

In 2026, Dr. Hepburn Malcolm was ranked #25 in the Businessuite Women Power & Influence 100, recognizing her influence and impact in leadership and business.

She holds a Doctor of Management (DM) from the University of Phoenix, an MBA in General Management from the Mona School of Business & Management, University of the West Indies, and a BSc in Management Studies & Public Administration from the University of the West Indies.

Beyond her corporate career, Dr. Hepburn Malcolm is the author of Discovering Purpose and founder of the Dr. Karrian Hepburn Malcolm Foundation. She is also a frequent keynote speaker and conference panelist on leadership, wealth creation, governance and personal development.
